Yoga on the mat, or asana as it is called, is a tool to help you achieve physical and mental balance. So it’s not about striking the best pose… despite what instagram looks like!
Everyone’s body is unique, everyone’s strengths are different and everyone needs something different on the mat so the session will be tailored to our individual needs.
