In 2003 at the age of 29, I followed my number 1 goal to become a personal trainer. All my life I had been doing sports from football to distance running to rowing for Glasgow University.
What I loved most was helping friends and family to enjoy exercise and discover that eating well is actually quite easy and enjoyable. It was only natural then that I made this into a career by becoming a personal trainer.
Over that last 2 decades, I have helped so many people reduce their bodyfat, enjoy exercise for the first time, and learn about what foods to eat. My philosophy is to keep everything simple and easy to do so the journey is much less effort. Our exercise sessions are always fun and we never count calories on individual eating plans
