meet the team

We’re different from most Personal Trainers and Yoga instructors. Apart from being a married couple that has two terrors (sorry we meant young sons), we like to make eating, exercise and relaxation as easy, and enjoyable, as possible.

Most people live busy lives, so we’re here to listen to what you want to achieve then work on a plan that will help you meet your personal training goals and enjoy the process!

We hope the short Q&A below helps to answer some of your questions, but if there is anything that you are unsure about then please get in touch.

Your personal training and yoga investment depends upon if you choose online or private studio training. These options range from £5 per week for online personal training and £15 to £30 for private studio sessions, depending upon if you train on your own or as part of a small group of 2, 3, or 4. Many clients do a mix of online and studio training. All options include nutrition planning and weekly body scan where possible.

Online training can be done from anywhere in the world and studio training is based in our private studio in Ferniegair, Hamilton.

A great target for training is 3 times per week. Many of our clients train once a week with us and use the online training option to achieve the other 2 sessions or do another 2 training sessions of their own choice to hit their ideal target of 3 per week.

Yes, our studio is great for training with up to 4 people.

Yes, we have a range of eating plans for weight loss and use programs from our Herbalife nutrient range to tailor your plan to your goal.

Yes, you can start personal training or yoga from any level of fitness, we simply tailor the session to your current fitness level.

Online personal training is 20 minutes and studio sessions are 45 minutes.
